Orders & Shipping

After checkout, a confirmation email is the first paper in the folder. Track the sample order from My Orders — how a demonstration purchase moves from paid to packed to a named carrier.

NORDIC is a sample storefront built with Fatleon. This journal shows how a merchant blog page can look — cover, summary, photographs, and tables. To learn more about Fatleon, visit fatleon.com.

Checkout is a short ceremony. When it finishes, this sample storefront sends a confirmation email and the order appears under My Orders. From there you can watch the statuses we print — not because a night shift is taping cartons, but so the theme has a path from paid to delivered.

The letter after the card

The confirmation is the first paper in the folder: what you paid, what we named, and a number you can quote. If it does not arrive, look in the junk folder, then write to info@fatleon.com. We will not ask you to call a dock. The email is part of the demonstration, same as the chair photographs.

A number is not yet a truck

The account page is where the sample order lives after checkout. Refresh it the way you would refresh a quiet tracking page. A status can sit still for a day in the story we tell; that is not a lost crate. When a tracking number appears, treat it as the next line in the demonstration until a real carrier site says otherwise.

An order is a sequence of rooms: paid, packed, handed to a name, delivered. The furniture has not moved until the last door opens — and in a sample catalog, even that door is a sentence.

How a sample order moves

Fees, carrier, and the seven-day typical window live on the Shipping Policy. This table is only the sequence.

  1. Pay and wait for the confirmation — that is the receipt.
  2. Open My Orders rather than writing on the first quiet day.
  3. When Shipped appears, read the shipping page for the fee and the typical days.
  4. On Delivered, look at the piece before the fourteen-day window starts spending itself.

When nothing seems to move

  • A quiet Tuesday after Confirmed is normal in the copy.
  • If Packed never appears after a few days of the demonstration, write to info@fatleon.com.
  • Do not invent a second order to nudge the first.
  • Damage at the door is a photograph and a return or quality note, not a new checkout.

The same facts, in other doorways

If the confirmation never came, or a status looks stuck in a way the table does not cover, Contact Us is the page with the address. If the chair does not stay, the Return Policy is the next page, still started from the order.

NORDIC is a sample catalog. We will answer questions about this path as operators of the demonstration. Write to info@fatleon.com, or open https://live.fatleon.com and look under My Orders for the number from the confirmation.
