NORDIC is a Fatleon demonstration catalog. We collect only what is needed to fulfil orders and support the account — and we do not invent a company number to look like a factory.
NORDIC is a sample storefront built with Fatleon. This journal shows how a merchant blog page can look — cover, summary, photographs, and tables. To learn more about Fatleon, visit fatleon.com.
This page records how NORDIC, a Fatleon demonstration catalog at live.fatleon.com, treats the small amount of information a visitor or an account might leave. It is a sample policy for a sample shop. It is not the privacy notice of a registered furniture manufacturer, and it does not invent a company registration, a VAT identifier, or a street headquarters in order to look like one.
What this page covers
The rooms, the chairs, the forms, and — if it is switched on — the checkout exist so a merchant can see how a Fatleon storefront behaves. The sentences here apply to that demonstration. They do not bind a factory we have not named, and they do not replace the law of the country where you sit.

What we collect
We collect only what is needed to fulfil orders and support the account. Browsing without signing in does not require a name. An account or a letter needs the address you used so we can answer. A sample order, if checkout is enabled, needs the lines, a delivery name, and a place to send the crate.
- An email address, if you create an account or write to us
- Order lines and a delivery address, if checkout is on
- The text of a support message, until the thread is closed
Why we keep it
Not a warehouse of profiles
We do not assemble a marketing dossier. We do not sell lists. We keep a record for as long as the job that created it still exists: an account email while the account is open; an order while that order is a record; a support thread until it is finished.
We would rather hold too little than invent a reason to hold more.
| Data | Why | Kept | Shared with |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account email | To reach you about the catalog and the account | While the demo account exists | Operators of this Fatleon sample shop |
| Order details | To fulfil a sample order if checkout is enabled | For the life of that order record | The carrier named on the consignment |
| Payment reference | To complete a payment if checkout takes one | As the payment provider requires | The provider shown at checkout — not a card number stored here |
| Support messages | To answer the question you asked | Until the thread is closed | Not sold; read by the people behind info@fatleon.com |
Who we share with
The people who operate this demonstration may read what you send. A carrier may receive an address if a sample order ships. A payment provider may receive what checkout must send. Nobody buys the list.
- Write to info@fatleon.com from the address we should treat as yours
- Say whether you want a correction, a deletion, or a copy of what we hold
- Give the sample shop a short time to answer; this is not a statutory helpdesk of a registered company

Questions
The public door is the Contact Us page. The companion note on how the catalog may be used is the Terms of Service page. Questions about this policy go to info@fatleon.com. There is no street office to visit, because we have not invented one.
Read this as a demonstration of a merchant privacy page. It is meant to be clear. It is not meant to impersonate the filing of a furniture house that does not exist.
