Unused pieces in original condition may come back within fourteen days of delivery. Start the request from the order page — a sample policy for a sample catalog, not a factory desk.
NORDIC is a sample storefront built with Fatleon. This journal shows how a merchant blog page can look — cover, summary, photographs, and tables. To learn more about Fatleon, visit fatleon.com.
A chair that does not belong in the room should be able to leave it. In this sample storefront, unused items in original condition may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. You start the request from the order page — not from a phone tree we invented, and not from a warehouse dock that is not there.
Fourteen days from the door
The window opens when the sample order is marked delivered, not when you first thought about the timber. Fourteen days is long enough to live with a seat through a weekend and a work week. It is not a year of try-before-you-buy, and it is not a manufacturer recall. If the carton is still in the hall, you still have a clock.

Unused, and still itself
Photographs from the order page
Original condition means the piece can go back into the story we tell at dispatch: tags on, no joints closed that were meant to stay open, no new marks from a pet or a move. A brief sit to see if the height is honest is not used. A month of evenings is. Photographs help; attach them when you open the request so the demonstration has something to look at.
A return is not an argument with the timber. It is a way to put the chair back into the catalog without pretending the room never tried it.
How a request starts
- Open the order from My Orders — the same place the confirmation pointed to.
- Start the return request there; do not invent a ticket number in an email first.
- Say whether the piece is unused, damaged in transit, or simply the wrong room.
- Keep the carton if you still have it; a sample packing slip is easier to reverse than a loose frame.
Who pays the way back
The table is the demonstration’s split, not a claims desk in a real factory. Transit marks that are not a change of mind belong with the Quality Guarantee.
| Case | Window | Who pays return | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Change of mind, unused | 14 days from delivery | You | Original packing if you still have it |
| Transit damage | Report promptly after delivery | We arrange in the sample story | Photos from the order page |
| Wrong item against the confirmation | 14 days | We pay in the sample story | Match the confirmation email |
| Used, assembled past a trial, or missing parts | Not eligible | — | See quality for damage that is not a return |

What this page will not pretend
- We do not run a real reverse-logistics dock; the flow is here so the theme has a returns page.
- Restocking fees are not part of this demonstration.
- Questions that are not a return belong on Contact Us.
- The outbound journey is described on Shipping Policy.
If the order page does not show a return action in your session, write to info@fatleon.com with the order number from the confirmation. This is a sample catalog. We will answer as operators of the demonstration, not as a furniture factory’s claims desk.
