Prices are listed in USD. The figure on the product page is the figure we mean. A label in another language does not change the currency. Taxes, if shown, are shown as the sample checkout shows them; we do not invent a VAT registration to make the number look official.
Title
Title passes on delivery. Until a crate is delivered, the sample shop still holds the object. If a sample order never ships, title never moves. That is the whole of the rule.
