Quality Guarantee

Thoughtfully curated pieces for a calm and beautiful home.

Quality Guarantee

We describe materials and dimensions as accurately as the sample catalog allows. If a chair arrives marked, send photographs of the carton and the seat. This is not a manufacturer warranty from a factory we do not run — it is the quality note of a demonstration shop, and the path back through returns if the object and the page disagree.

NORDIC is a sample storefront built with Fatleon. This journal shows how a merchant blog page can look — cover, summary, photographs, and tables. To learn more about Fatleon, visit fatleon.com.

We describe materials and dimensions as accurately as the sample catalog allows. That sentence is the whole guarantee, said plainly. If a chair arrives marked from the journey, write with photographs. We are a demonstration shop, not a mill with a stamp on the underside.

What accurate means here

A product page can name oak, wool, plywood, a seat height, a width. It cannot certify a batch from a kiln we do not own. Read the numbers as a merchant’s best account of the sample, then measure your doorway. If the two disagree in a way that matters, write before the carton is opened in a hurry.

Two chairs make the point. The HELSINKI Plywood Lounge is honest about laminate and a light frame. The LINNEA Oak Side Chair is honest about timber at a table. Neither page is a laboratory report.

Photographs of damage

Carton first, then the chair

Transit is where sample furniture meets a real truck. If the object is hurt, the carton is evidence. Photograph the outside, the inside paper, and the seat in the same light. A single close crop of a scratch, with no context, is a rumour.

A photograph of the carton is part of the chair. Without it, we are guessing.

How we name materials

The table is a reading key, not a mill invoice. Use it when a word on the page sounds more certain than the sample can stand behind.

  • Trust the written dimension over a styled photograph
  • Compare two pages if a family of chairs shares a frame
  • Keep the carton until the seat has been looked at in daylight
  • Use Return Policy if the object and the page cannot be reconciled

What this is not

  1. A manufacturer warranty of a real factory
  2. An insurance policy for a rented apartment
  3. A promise that sample lighting matches your north window
  4. A substitute for measuring the stair

If the page and the object disagree

Write to info@fatleon.com with the slug, the language you read, and the photographs. We will say what the catalog can stand behind, and what it cannot. A demonstration house that pretends to be a factory helps nobody who has to live with the chair.

Quality, here, is the discipline of description. The chairs should arrive as named. When they do not, the photographs are the next sentence.
